We are interested in understanding cellular mechanisms involved in decision-making and information processing. Our research is based on the use of systematic studies for understanding complex phenomena. Much of our focus is on transcriptional regulation, and how it is mediated on different levels. Our work combines algorithm development, data analysis and experimental data collection.
